| Donnybrook Food and Wine Fest
Over 50 other stalls will be tasting and selling everything from fresh organic beef, to local preserves and pastries. You’ll also be able to stock up your cupboards with award winning olive oils, dukkha and spicy condiments.
As well as a colourful gathering of fresh local produce, there’ll be musical entertainment, cooking demonstrations, and wine appreciation sessions on offer. One of the highlights of the event will be the wine tasting area showcasing 12 local wineries which offers a chance to taste international award winning wines from the Geographe region.
Fun during the day will include the Waiters Race when local teams pit their wineglass carrying skills against each. Also for the first time there’ll be a grape stomp competition where you can roll up your trousers and get involved in a bit of grape squashing.
Free kids activities include a bouncy castle, bouncy slide, and face painting.
